Dan Paganelli and his team went the extra mile in providing us great customer service. My sons Dodge Charger was in for auto body repair recently. The car was repaired in the length of time they indicated and we were very happy with the quality of work. From start to finish the process was effortless. I brought my 2012 Kia Optima in to the location with minor body damage, needless to say my car came back outstanding !! I would like to send out a special thanks to Vinny Klein ! As one of your associates, he spoke very highly of your company which is what helped make my decision to bring my car to Lester Glenn. Each and every one of your associates from the receptionist, body shop manager, and your rental car hub did an outstanding job with customer service and support . They made this process as easy as it could possibly be ! My rental car was ready at the time I got to Lester Glenn. I walked in the door, handed over my keys, and they said we have got it from here. Well they sure did! During the process of my vehicle being repaired, there was a bump in the road and they had to blend in a quarter panel. Your associates called me explained what was going on and said it will just take a little longer. They informed me they would take care of all issues and contact my insurance company for me , yet again making things extremely easy. Lester Glenn will be my number one recommendation to who ever I know that needs a body shop to go to! I hope to not have to come back to a body shop but we all know that's wishful thinking ! I do know that when I do ever need to go to a body shop again I will be right back at Lester Glenn, your associates have made me a loyal customer from this point on! I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the crew at the collision center on route 37 in Toms River. They provided excellent service and went above and beyond for me. I especially would like to point out Walter. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in great detail. I had a request to have the car back in four days, and early in the morning on the fourth day. The car was ready in two and a half days and looked excellent. I was amazed by how efficient the people in the office worked together and kept in touch with me with updates on the car. Everyone in there was pleasant and willing to help and did a great job communicating messages. Prior to this experience, I had an absolute nightmare at the other service center on route 37. They would not call me back with follow-ups about the car and the car was not even looked at until the time that I needed it done by. A simple call stating that they were backed up and needed more time would have been sufficient, but there was no communication. Going forward, I will only be taking my car to the service/collision center. They are all amazing people, and I cannot express how satisfied I am with their service. Please tell them all THANK YOU VERY MUCH, and keep up the great service!

Kerry, I wanted to write to you to tell you how happy I am with the return of my car after being involved in a four car accident on the NJ Turnpike. My Tucson sustained major front end damage, totaling over $15K. During the entire process, Tony was a true professional, and he answered all my questions, and was very prompt in his follow up. Everything went very smoothly, and my car was returned to me in like new condition. I honestly could not tell that the car was in an accident. I compare this experience to one I had with a VW, which took three months to repair, the car smelled like paint and it drove terribly after repairs. Great job! The passion of Tony and Dan in the body shop was evident- they are proud to work for Lester Glenn and service Hyundai's.
