Q2. How do I handle my claims process?

Answer: Let us handle the claims process for you. We work with all major insurance companies and will handle all of the paperwork and headaches associated with your insurance claim. Our goal is to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.

Q3. Do I need an appointment to bring in my vehicle for an estimate?

Answer: While an appointment is not required, it is recommended to get you in and out as quickly as possible and to ensure our technicians and advisors have ample time to examine your vehicle. You can schedule a time for your free estimate here. If your car is unsafe to drive, it can be towed to our facility.

Q5. Should I choose the auto body repair shop with the lowest estimate?

Answer: While choosing the shop with the lowest estimate may sound like the best option, and sometimes can be, the lowest estimate may not include all the necessary work. Needing to have a repair done twice because it was not completed correctly the first time is more costly in the long run. We would be happy to compare your estimates and tell you why one is different from the other. Please come by our shop or call us for more information!
